On January 9th 2026, we lost our home in the Harcourt Bushfire.

As people who work in Climate, we have been aware of the risks, but that hasn't quite prepared us for the reality.

We have deeply appreciated the overwhelming support of our friends and family who have housed us, fed us, and held us as we have begun to mend our lives.

For those who haven't been able to help in those ways but want to contribute, we have been asked if there is a way to donate.

There was briefly crowdfunding set up for us by some of our dearest friends, but we would prefer a gentler, less public and 'goal driven' approach.
